Les r\u00e9gimes v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens stricts ou pauvres en poissons exposent particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 un d\u00e9ficit, car les sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales naturelles sont rares et peu concentr\u00e9es<sup>[1]<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-0083062d\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;absorption intestinale<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vitamine D \u00e9tant liposoluble, son absorption d\u00e9pend de la bonne digestion des graisses alimentaires. Les laxatifs huileux et la cholestyramine r\u00e9duisent l&rsquo;absorption intestinale des vitamines liposolubles.
